Capital Project Specialist. Pharmaceutical/Biotech
Responsibilities:
Manage Small Projects Forum (SPF) for Investment Lifecycle Management department
Schedule and manage Small Project Review (SPR) and Project Readiness Reviews (PRR’s) meetings– including agenda and meeting minutes
Work with teams to ensure documents meet all requirements prior to SPR and PRR’s including funding level, funding cycle, implementation date, financial summaries;
Manage project Files, add financial metrics and cash flow, update data;
Facilitate the Approval Without Discussion (AWOD) process with project executives;
Maintain proper documentation in Engineering SharePoint Site
Facilitate the docusign process to ensure all teams have proper signatures
Schedule and manage VPPR – including agenda and minutes
Process approvals with property accounting; communicate back to teams that their projects are funded
Skills Required:
Strong Finance background is preferred
SAP knowledge is required
Excel
DocuSign
Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong organization and prioritization skills for accurate and largely self-directed work.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry and/or capital project management.
Bio/Pharmaceutical experience is helpful.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
